Hi, I’m Chelsea Smith (BSc, MACP, RP(Q)), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the founder of Intentional Growth Path. I believe healing is a journey, one that begins with slowing down, turning inward, and reconnecting with yourself. I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space for individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. Inspired by Buddhist principles and rooted in trauma-informed care, I support clients in cultivating clarity, compassion, and intentional growth at a pace that feels right for them.
